Piotr "Peter" Nikolaievitch Rasputin, known as Colossus, is a Colossal Mutant character primarily associated with the X-Men. He possesses the ability to transform his body into organic steel, granting him immense strength, durability, and resistance to injury.
Colossus made his first appearance in *Giant-Size X-Men #1* (May 1975). Hailing from a Siberian farm, he joined the X-Men to protect his family and the world from mutant threats.
